Le Radici was born at Il Castagno Toscana: tradition, conviviality and quality ingredients, for an experience open both to guests of the Residence and the Glamping and to visitors from outside. It is a short walk from the accommodation, and there is plenty of parking.

Every dish starts with carefully chosen ingredients, from local producers and seasonal sources. From traditional Tuscan specialities to Italian classics, served with our selection of wines from the Val di Cornia and the Etruscan Coast.
The Pizzeria

Pizza is one of Francesco's great passions: for years he has been perfecting his techniques to create dough that is light, fragrant and easy to digest. A long natural rise and carefully chosen ingredients, many of them Tuscan.
